Based on GPS location, Internet communication and GSM/GPRS wireless communication networks with high data transmission capacity, the Abritus system offers the possibility to:

• Collect and transmit the operational data of each vehicle;
• Locate and track the vehicle fleet in real time
• Being alerted to emergencies situations and ensuring security for the working teams

Abritus applicationsinstalled on mobile devices and on the Abritus web server provide constant connection between the vehicle fleet and the control and communication centre of the company.

Data collecting

Due to this configuration and the communication connection the operational data (fuel consumption and level, speed, etc.), the coordinates of each vehicle, the various alerts and other information (identification of the driver, etc.) related to the activity of the vehicle are collected and transmitted by the mobile devices embedded in the vehicles.

Data transmission

The data is sent automatically by the system to the Abritus web server and the control and communication centre of the company through the GPRS communication network.

The transmitted information is integrated in the data base and is accessible to each user, having computer with Internet connection and access rights for the server and the respective data.
