The Abritus software system and the data base installed on the web server and the one installed on the mobile devices in each vehicle allow for one-way or two-way real time exchange of data, information and communications between the control centre of the company (operator and/or manager) and the entire vehicle fleet through the Internet and the GPRS network.

Vehicle fleet

The Abritus software allows each driver/vehicle to communicate with the operator through the GPS/GPRS network and Internet. This connection is implemented on two levels:

	Automatic and independent transmission of: Coordinates of each working vehicle in the field Operational data of each working vehicle Various types of alerts
	Sending by the drivers: Status of each vehicle and job Emergency alerts Confirmation or decline of the job

Control and communication centre - Operator / Manager

The information is transmitted simultaneously to the Abritus web server and entered in the data base.

The Abritus software system, installed on the server processes this raw data in conformity with the company business logics and the system configuration.

It is structured and adapted in a form convenient for consultation and use by the company.

This data is accessible through the graphic interface of Abritus and through Internet for each user with the corresponding access rights.
